Delivered predictability in fund raising for over two dozen businesses across BFSI, healthcare, SaaS, consumer and logistics. KP's domain depth often gets him tagged as a co-founder.
KP is a CFA Charteholder and holds Masters in Finance from University of Leicester. He is passionate about sports, particularly Badminton
Kunal, a partner at The Rainmaker Group, has close to two decades of operating experience across traditional FMCG firms like Marico and DFM Foods as well as leading venture-backed startups. He also serves as a board member and advisor to large-to-mid sized corporates in India, including family businesses looking to raise private capital.
An avid marathoner, he’s amongst less than 500 humans to have run a marathon across all 7 continents, including Antarctica. Kunal is a management graduate from IIM Kozhikode and an engineer from Thapar University.
Avijit, a partner at The Rainmaker Group, has held leadership roles in consumer firms in India and South Asia, and comes with deep on-ground experience, as an operator of these businesses for more than 15 years. He held global leadership roles at Marico, and led Marico's expansion to Europe, USA and African markets. In his last stint, he was a Senior Director at Flipkart.
Avijit enjoys bringing his operator background into investing case-making. Avijit is an Electronics engineering from JNTU and a Chevening Fellow from Oxford University, UK.
